Euro Connection 2018 finalist projects


Three Romanian projects were submitted this year for the next Euro Connection - European Short Film Co-production Forum. 

Euro Connection is the marketplace for short film co-production in Europe. The next edition will take place on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 February 2018 in Clermont-Ferrand, with the aim of fostering partnerships between European production companies, financial backers and broadcasters for short film projects.

·       HAVANA, CUBA (producer Tudor Giurgiu)

The jury appointed by Romanian Film Promotion and composed of  Adrian Silișteanu (producer/director), Cristi Mărculescu (film critic) and Ileana Cecanu (distributor), voted The Magician as finalist.

The European jury then met on November 27th to elect the selected projects among the 24 finalist projects nominated this year by our European correspondents. Here is the list of the projects that will be pitched during EURO CONNECTION 2018:
